Phil Taylor is the most dedicated darts player ever. He's sacrificed a lot to be so successful, not going on holidays with his family, instead staying home to practice. A great example to any young darts player who wants to succeed in darts.

Phil Taylor the greatest darts player in the history of the world - I first met & saw him at Lakeside 90, he has a bad reputation, but I met him maybe 10 times and he was always very friendly and kind to me. No player will have the monopoly and dominance on titles & championships like Phil, I think too many are drawn for the money and don't mind not winning as long as they get a decent pay - The only thing that mattered to Phil was winning - Even now I think he would still win titles, especially if he could be motivated.
