Aside from the multiple "That would never happen that way in real life!" moments (and there are many), this movie will make you squirm in your seat and raise your anxiety level extremely high even if you're mildly scared of heights. For those people who love to tear apart EVERY movie for 'realism', sometimes, you just have to suspend disbelief and simply be entertained for a couple of hours. Just be grateful that, realistic or not, you'll never need to climb a 2,000 ft tower.
I gotta say. Out of every single movie that I have seen...this is the only one that gave me anxiety, made me feel genuinely scared over a movie, and gave me chills
This was a better movie than I thought it would be, truly quite riveting. And as one of those people who get uneasy up a ladder, I had near-constant anxiety once the girls started climbing, especially when they got to that final stretch of ladder out in the open. And when they were on that tiny platform at the top, I had waves of vertigo hitting me even though I was just sitting in my seat. Some belief has to be suspended (no pun intended), but the movie is well worth a watch.
The twist in the end literally gave me chills
If they survive this. She needs a new hobby and a new friend
"HOW FAR WOULD YOU GO?" none because I ain't climbing a rusty tower that can easily break.
Moral:just because your friend tells you that something crazy is fun doesn't mean it would be
I know its too late.... But i have to say this... Its called seat edge thriller type of movies... Engaging, entertaining, brilliant visuals... And of course the breathtaking twist... Hats off scott mann...
Budget is 3 million and box office made 22 million. They deserve every penny of it
This movie was unexpectedly good…put it in the background while cooking and ended up not cooking lol.
My heart dropped at one point while watching this trailer lol
Anxiety 101 while watching this movie, if your scared of heights then LOOK FOR ANOTHER MOVIE, looks so realistic from the top of the tower gave me chills throughout the whole movie..
I watched this movie a week back, and I'm wondering the situation that Becky & Hunter had, and comparing my situation with that helps me to overcome the fear of life to a great extent. I recently attempted an exam which is world’s 3rd toughest, and I was in the emergency situation before entering the hall, and I failed in one paper. But now after watching the movie I'm pretty much stronger to go for my next attempt fearlessly. Such an amazing movie❤
Congrats, Lionsgate. You've broken me. I have tried to watch this film three different times and I can't make it more than a third of the way thru before I turn it off. I've watched some of the most horrific and nightmarish videos online with little issue... cartel murders, beheadings, gory car accidents, etc. This film though gives me terrible anxiety. I can't handle heights. I had no problem with heights as a child. I climbed everything in sight. Now in my late 40s I can't even go out on to the roof of a two story building without feeling an urge to lay down.
"Confront your fears." Sometimes, that's a bad idea.
Just saw this tonight. I had cold sweats and trembles like I was climbing the damn antenna myself! Definitely a good movie and lots more interesting predicaments even beyond the trailer here.
If i were to climb something like that (which I would never) I'd definitely have on a parachute!!
This movie is phenomenal! This movie makes it seem like you're there and I hate heights and seeing them on the tower as they look down my stomach started to get butterflies
This movie had me and my entire family screaming the whole entire thing
