@arthurwenz

Hi , nice vid.

@Prakkash-J

Hey. Do u have any sample on how to record a video, audio and store it as a ts file in c++. I'm searching this for too long, can't find a source.

@an0mal1a.

Hey, is there any chance to send the data over the network? I understand that the optimal way is to capture a single frame and send it over the network, but I want to know if it’s possible to do it directly from the DirectShow API.

In other words, in the declaration where it’s displayed in the window “hr = pGraph->QueryInterface(IID_IVideoWindow, (void**)&pWindow); pWindow->put_Caption((BSTR)L"Device Capture”);", would it be possible to directly specify a UDP socket for it to be sent through?

If not, how could I capture a single frame to be able to send it over the network?

@antondukhno

Hi @Easy Programming. I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio to run your code, but I can't figure out how to edit the linker options to include " -static -libgcc -lstrmiids -lole32 -loleaut32". Can you please help?

@shibadityachakraborty4369

Is this only for windows os? or can be run in linux?

@csmastery1337

interesting

@andrew___3233

Nice but interesting

@anonlo4381

Is there a way to capture a single image from the webcam instead, saving it to a PNG file without any windows popping up?

@arthurwenz

Do you have a vid how to compress the avi file afterwards... it is huggggggggggge

@errandam6219
