All I can say is that a few years back I had never heard of this band and went to go see lynyrd skynyrd play......These guys opened for them and played this live....I WAS IN FUCKING HEAVEN!!!! I love hendrix and I wasn't expecting anything like this and all of a sudden they jammed this song and I got chills down my back....STILL DO...This is not my favorite band but to this day this song they played is the BEST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN CONCERT STRAIGHT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's something completely satisfying about Kenny Wayne's guitar work. One reason I think is because his performances are flawless. I find his music very uplifting. That's Chris Layton on Drums. (Former drummer with SRV and Double Trouble), and the great Noah Hunt on vocals. (not sure who the bass player is).

EKK94, Saw Experience Hendrix last night in Indy. When Kenny Wayne was done, I said Steve Vai should just grab his guitar and go home. Don't even come on the stage. Eric Johnson was awesome as usual. Played a great cover of Are you Experienced. I will say it one more time. I love Vai, Eric Johnson etc. but Kenny Wayne Sheppard put one of the best live guitar performances I have ever seen anywhere. I play a lot of Hendrix and I can tell you he did not miss a note. Dude smokes. Peace
