my day tugs at me daily and tells me I don't have time but after feeding my animals in the morning, the coffee pot made, I settle down in a tiny sofa in bedroom and I study scriptures and then I write power filled prayers on a laptop...or I declare one that I have already written but in the inspiration I see new additions to what is already there and write them down. This way I am reminded of who I am (whose I am) and from that platform I start out on my day - it's a great discipline . Thank you for what you do and for inviting us to write about our experience.

I listen to you from Venezuela. I am a 75 yrs son of God that work as MD for the last 50 yrs and tell my patients to live one day at a time, and through dificult times one hour at a time. That was revealed to Conchita Cabrera de Armida, a Mexican woman who had 9 children and a hard to live with husband, but had a very special life with Jesus and wrote (nobody knows how she had the time) whole books on the Christian life. I will subscribe. Wisdom is a gift , everything is grace. May He keep on blessing and protecting you all the days of your life.

I’ve made it a habit to read scripture in the morning and say a rosary as well. I’m not wealthy, was once, but I’m happier now than I was before. I trust in Jesus Christ, He is my Savior, and now my companion, when I remember to keep him next to Me. He’s always there, I just sometimes forget

I’m 82 with 60 years in the computer and communications industry and 60 years in practical, principled philosophy — thinking about thinking. I love the first principles thinking of Elon. I apply that to physics, but also philosophy.

From Louisiana I have a similar plan I've been doing for almost a year now get up in the morning sit in the same chair same place at least an hour before I get ready for work I do Bible reading and just focus on God and thankfulness for all his goodness to me don't leave the house without doing this every day don't allow interruptions at first when you get Restless start redirecting your focus I'm being thankful for so many things then I start getting ready for work I've seen my life changed dramatically my thoughts my attitudes and my actions more positive things have come into my life I focus on helping others being more generous to others not only with my time but with my finances I am on an amazing journey and I hope to continue this journey everyday
