It's a shame that Washington isn't full of Bernie clones. He's old but still talks a lot of sense and fights for working class people. It will always pisses me off that the establishment Democrats (and Republicans of course) team up to crush him at every opportunity.

As a German I am grateful Americans, Canadians, Australiens, British, ... fought side by side to liberate Germany and Europe from Nazi evil and we could grow up in freedom and democracy. Watching now America mirroring Nazi Germany combined with Putin´s mafia oligarchy really breaks my heart 💔 Senator Bernie Sanders gives me hope Americans will unite and save democracy and get stronger after this crisis. I am disabled. Trump cut my $9 dollars a day of food assistance called SNAP. I would love to see Trump survive on that. Then he might grasp why his policies are so bad. Thanks Bernie.

Just finished watching a live speech -- there were thousands of people there, outside somewhere - I think he said California. The crowd was completely quiet, listening to him. I was only going to watch for a minute, but I ended up sitting down and watching, until the live stream stopped. Came here to find more. Why isn't he our president?

Im simultaneously so sad that Bernie has always had the same message, because it means that things are not progressing quickly, and I am so proud of him for staying true to his morals and beliefs and never being swayed by corporate money. I hope he lives long enough to see the meaningful change come to pass.

Not long ago a father took his life unable to pay mortgage, this is what our current society is driving ordinary people to do out of stress, anxiety and shame of not been successful. The lie that you just have to work harder has been hammered in us so hard by rich people who have never spent months walking home at midnight for an hour in the freezing cold because they have no other way of getting home.

I agree, Medicare for All is the way to go. ACA was an improvement over the previous system but it always stuck in my craw that it ended up still relying on private insurance companies and created the individual mandate for that which rubbed me the wrong way at the time. I think were it not for that, MAGA would have struggled to take off in the first place. No, I never joined MAGA as Donald Trump struck me as a horrible person long before he even ran for office.
