If it’s automatic and buying on moving percentages. Is it selling as well? Crazy how people are making programs to find a stock that’s moving but can’t build a program to buy and sell the stocks that are moving. Pretty hard to believe this isn’t a thing.

Title is misleading. Quants dont use trending breakout systems. They use mathematical models. Some even use high frequency bits like jim simons.
