looks like the overfill system is tripped. on the right side (opened) check the part with a floating piece. it usually gets greasy and stays stuck, engaging a switch that lowers pressure. this part can be disassembled easily and cleaned ;-)

Bad water inlet valve. Easy way to check is add a gallon of water manually and the pressure will begin.

I had similar problem bought a new one. But I think it may have been that the drain hose loop fell down so water would not leave the washer. You need a loop above the drain point
