Certain foods cause migraines. For me it was an amino acid called tiramine. It's in sharp cheese. Red wine etc.

"Bump of caviar" 😆
Hi friend 👋🏼 I wanted to give you a list of things I do when I get bad headaches. One of them is usually the culprit. Especially in summer or when I work out hard. Electrolytes (so many options but I like Gatorlyte or Pedialyte over Gatorade), acupressure on the sides of the bridge of my nose and by the eye socket near the nose, rubbing on my temples, sometimes (a lot of times) it's caused from storing body tension in my shoulders so pressing on the hardest parts straight down hurts like hell but really works if it's a tension headache. Also doing the same thing at the base of the neck where it connects to the skull there's sometimes a ball of muscle there you can press hard and it will release the blood flow. Also there are a few types of magnesium. Ones for muscles but ones for headaches I don't know which, Google will tell ya. Or you can try this stuff called cell food, or a cheaper option for electrolyte balance is just a pinch of Celtic salt in water that works great (I can't do mineral water it tastes horrible to me), vitamin water is awesomethoigh! ... idk how it helps me but I swear it helps 😅... Let's see what else ... Oh, a cold black out mask and putting some tiger balm on my temples and base of neck of the headache is massive really helps. If you're feeling adventurous I just read about this naturopathic remedy from idk maybe the 50s that says black coffee with a squeeze of lemon sipped slowly is supposed to help. Idk about that it sounds nasty. It also says it's not for weak stomachs. Hahaha. Ok. Hope one of those or some of those help! ❤️ I love watching you eat stuff I never have and probably never would order I'm one of those people that eat the same thing Everytime when I find one thing I like at eat place. So I'm living vicariously with your adventures. 😆 Kttyl!
Please see a neurologist about your migraines! Make sure they check your neck arteries for plague!
Rainbow cookie cake is as good as it sounds
Your earrings!!! So cute!!!
It all looks sooooo good 😭
I dealt with migraines since I was 13. Finally, on my 30's I ended up on the emergency room with a very seasoned doctor. She listened to my stories and said: hydrate during all your lutheal menstrual phase with Pedialyte or Gatorade. Hydrate like that is your full-time job. Over 10 years with less than a migraine a year...when I forget to hydrate 😂. Changed my life and thaught me not to understimate the simple. Hope you figure out what's going on with you.
A fat bump of caviar haha love it!!
As someone who also suffers from migraines, have you considered a CGRP inhibitor? A once monthly injection with little to no side effects might do you a great deal of good!
