@Heligoland360

I avoid the first problem by not tipping

@MegaNUT711

i avoid mental math to not be mental

@SamyDeluxxe

I avoid tipping by not going out

@UnderGecko

WAIT I NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT IT BUT THE SECOND ONE MAKES SO MUCH SENSE

@AnyoandMiku

How to easily multiply anything by 5:
Split in half and add the first decimal spot example:
67 x 5 = 67 : 2 = 33,5 = 335

@O-Jones

tip = don't live in a country where tipping is the regular thing to do

@CloudmasterGaming-UNUSED

Me as a British:
WHAT THE FUCK IS TIPPING!???

@SalimRufais

First one genuinely surprised me

@hxki47

So the first one:
10% of 6= 0.6
6% of 10= 0.6
25% of 72= 18
72% of 25= 18
40% of 75= 30
75% of 40= 30
Yup that works but only if it contains "easy" numbers like 75%, 50%, 25%, 10% etc.

@ammarrazik3739

Squared of a number where 5 is the last digit will be the multiple of digits before 5 and digits before 5+1 followed with 25.
For example
Squared of 25

Last digit is 5 so squred of 5 is 25
First digit is 2 so multiple of 2x(2+1) or 2x3 is 6
So the answer is 625
6 comes first follwed by 25

55 squred is equal to 3025
Last digit is 5 so, square 5 is 25
First digit is 5, so the multiple of 5x6 is 30
So 30 comes first followed by 25.
3025

@sandraampuan5873

Asians: We can actually calculate we just don't tip😂

@DazzlingSounds

Can you please continue this series? It seems genuinely helpful!

@BulseyeHeart

The first tip is only helpful on numbers that are easy to use as percentages (10, 25, 50, 75, 100, etc). Otherwise if you try to, for example, find 8% of 8, it wouldn't make it any easier. This is the same for almost any number.

@lemmonlemon

Multiplication is commutative
11*x=(10+1)x=10x+x Through the distributive property

@SimplyDZire553

Thank you for this! These hacks/tips are genuinely very helpful.

@mkg123.

that second tip is so helpful same with the first one

@GameOvertimeGO

"keep the change"

@veona599

“You go out ot eat but can’t calculate tip in your head.“

Laughs in British

@FireLionTheGreat

Bro thx a lot for helping

@henriqueschefflermarczewski556

Or, when u do eleven times something, you can add a zero as the last digit and add the number

Like 11 x 56
Is the same as 10 x 56 + 56, which is 560 + 56 that equals 616

But, if you struggle with addition like this, do this:

560 + 56 = 560 + 50 + 6 = 560 + 40 + 10 + 6 = 600 + 16 = 616

So, 11 x 56 = 616
