@sub4who2 Yes, in "System Preferences" -> "Trackpad" -> "Scroll direction: natural".

We have both macs and PC's, and it's difficult to switch between the two because the scrolling is opposite, when we're editing we use MAC, but when we're marketing and writing we use PC, so there's no avoiding it. I can't wait until I can just look at the bottom of the page and it scrolls for me. :)

Suggestion: You stop referring to Mac OS X (as in the Roman numeral 10, a.k.a. »ten«) as »Mac OS Acks« — and I will try and convince every nerd I personally know not to call those cable/DSL endpoints »routers« anymore. 

As for the scrolling issues: I am a big fan of configurability, a fan of not mixing up touch-screen UIs with non-touch UIs and a fan of really freeing more experienced users with powerful and configurable keyboard shortcuts.
