What a legend!
You seem to have forgotten a goalie that was dreaded more than Hextall. He was feared by a lot of forward and managed 4 Stanley Cup championships, and unlike Hextall, he didn't need to get mad to become vicious and dangerous. I give you, Billie Smith with his axe of a hockey stick, he could and have put many a forward on the injury list.
Hax-Stal ! - Gotta Love It
my eyes 😵💫
Does anyone else remember how, at the beginning of each game, Hextall would enact a ritual wherein he would stand in front of his net (facing forward) and repeatedly flick his stick from side to side so as to have it bang loudly off of the posts?
In my opinion the Flyers haven't had a truly elite goalie since Hextall. At 296 wins had he not been suspended twice he would easily have over 300 wins.
Vs Chris Chelios, He was pretty pissed off!
I loved Ron Hextall! Talk about tough!
Hextall wasn't the same after he fought Felix Potvin of Toronto. That is still the best goalie fight I have ever seen and I can't find it in this video.
7:10 anyone see anything a little odd?
bro let me know how you create good video because im working on same thing
Hextall was always entertaining to watch, but when I saw him go after Chelios with his tongue hanging out of his mouth and nearly frothing, it seemed there was something wrong with him and the respect went out the window. Slashing and attacking players didn't make him a great goalie, it made him an idiot and a liability. That's not hockey, that's psycho
Maybe tone down on the AI as well.
The only reason I clicked on this link is to downvote your video. What an idiotic title. What an idiotic premise. Just wow.
How is Ron Hextall number not retired? only crap Philly would do something that shameful
