Hey, I’m confused at the Stirker take… they might be taxed like crazy over the odds, but this is the biggest group of talented strikers than I’ve ever seen in a shop windows in one summer. A few older proven and more accomplished, while others may be younger and untested at the bigs yet. There’s so many out there that are actively seeking transfers. Your going to pay a kings randoms And hey, Why no Mbuemo talk here? Id love to see us get Ekitike and Mbuemo (long term Salah replacement) and Sell Darwin, Jota and Chiesa. While keeping Elliot as RAM and RW back up. After 1. Alvarez, 2. Isak and 3. Ekitike, I’d put Mbuemo 4. Ahead of Oshimen, Gyokeres, Sesko, Woletmade, etc. Or just as complimentary Striker2 option, (only with the exit of Chiesa and Jota another obviously) in addition to Ekitike or Even a Woltemade. With Mbuemo you have such a natural Salah replacement. Hes got EPL chimps, and a move up is the right time unlike many other strikers right now who are either over price to hell or major unrealized potential prospects. He’s smart, he’s fast, links well, he cuts in, etc. Biggest down side is he’ll likely be leaving when we need him most too, for Africon nations cup.

This isn't the H&G era...Liverpool are one of the top 5 clubs in the world and are building to be the next dynasty club. This tells me that Konate isn't about the club, he is about the money. If he stays...great. If he leaves then we'll replace him and still win silverware.

If he's on $70k a week he deserves a raise. He was solid and fit last season. He's coming into his prime. Make hime a decent offer. An extension without a raise isn't a decent offer. He's not a $200k player, but $70k isn't reasonable either. We're building a team capable of winning the treble. Losing Konate is a step in the wrong direction, even if Guehi joins. I suspect Slot doesn't fancy him, despite how well he played last season.

its all about the crazy van dijk salary, at his age he was not worth the almost 400k a week, to even think prime Konate is not worth half of his partner's salary is just mental! Why would anyone sign if you were Konate?

If Konate is not our player and we needed his services I doubt if the club will not offer him something in the range of 100-150, so why not give him same when we already have him?

How much do you think LFC would get for Konate ? PSG and Madrid can wait til his contract runs out. The power over him is benching him but still not sure the money LFC if they sell now.
