Executive orders are not lawless, especially if they are done for the security, and national interest of this country. All these house representatives and senators could very easily fix a lot of these so called lawless executive orders.

If no one ever follows Hamilton's formulation, then the Judicial Branch does become a tyranny. I, for one, would be fine with the Executive doing exactly that. These courts must be put in their place.
