Not helpful at all. The jokes and banter distract from the learning. Then there's unrelated interruptions randomly peppered throughout the video, not sure if it got worst. I could only stand watching half the video. Watch the lady that does those great excel tutorials. You'll learn something from her. I'm not trying to be mean. It's really that bad of a tutorial. Shouldn't even call it a tutorial. Should be called. "Upcoming Comedian trying to teach regex while constantly promoting and making jokes"
