Instead of having to store the glass from the frame, just put it in the frame behind the picture. The picture will be snug in the frame and the back will close more securelyā¦..just a tip. Nice flipsšš
The lamp turned out beautifully and I agree with you using the brown as an undertone instead of the black it is warmer
The frame and art are gorgeous, I love to do this stuff and Iām glad your sharing so others can do it too ā¤ļø
Lots of good ideas, thanks.
My local Goodwill has very little in the housewares and home decor that are donated from individuals. They seem to have a lot of retail and corperate donations, all new and in original packaging. Hence, very expensive.
i wash and remove tags off of everything i get from the thrift stores. i was shocked when i watched a video on how dirty baskets are, just wiping it off does not clean it. same for lamp shades. the gal from the " rural legend" does videos on cleaning her thrift finds.
I have found some true treasures at thrift stores. Glass tea plates that sold 4 @ $50 dollars I got 20 for $19
Goodwill charges way too much. I donāt donate there anymore. Estate sales have good prices. I enjoyed your video though.thank you for sharing.
Ours big pictures run around $12.00
Your smart my friend smart
My Goodwill sells large art for $40-$50...
Our good will books are 2-69
Iām in California and everything is expensive
I love shopping at goodwill and other thrift stores for decor and DIY!! Unfortunately Iāve had snotty friends that turned their nose up at me for itā¦well, sorry that you have no creative talent and have to buy things from chain stores š
Well looks like you thrifted a bunch of garage sale rejects & put on your shelf. This is why Iām not a thrifter, it always looks like some elseās old junk. I donāt I have an eye for this stuff, keep watching these videos thinking maybe Iām missing something but I always think the same thing.
