I loved how Stack stayed loyal to the deal he made with Smoke. He could have turned Sammie in that same moment, but stayed true to the last night he was truly free

@GliderYoshi

Sammie chose a different path of immortality through music

@kesavnair2430

He’s immortal through his music

@user1995-c4b

Sammie's face scar is so badass

@pbf7719

Stack respected his brother so much that even as a vampire he chose to honor the deal he made with Smoke

@guitarlawyer75

Sammie is played by Buddy Guy, the guitar player. If you know the Blues you know who he is

@churchvstheworld-cvtw

The part where stack says i have all of your albums that got me

@acardo2972

“For a few hours we were free” ❤

@leeonco75

Got chills when I seen Buddy Guy he’s one of my favorite blues player. Seen him live few years ago those fingers hasn’t aged a bit blues legend!

@michaelyoung3775

I think stack regrets living forever, they way he says last time I seen my brother, voice almost broke

@Concepcion30

The movie kinda hinted just about everyone would die within the first 10 minutes before we got to the flashback.

@ZayOrLando

This movie was an absolute experience I can’t explain it.
There were parts of the movie that just touched my soul in such a spiritual way.

Of course the scene where Sammy is singing with the ancestors, but also when Slim talks about the death of his friend and how he was brutally murdered and he starts humming his song.

And the end as well when They visit Sammy when he’s old and he sings his song.

Idk man this movie was so soul searching

@erikadlloyd5586

Who wants to be an immortal 96-year-old man anyways. Sammy made the right choice

@Kingskull392rrggg38

When I watch the movie, I'll come back to this short and watch.

@AndrewForte-v1e

I love how this movie honored practically every horror movie trope over the past 50 years. From John Carpenter's The Thing to From Dusk till Dawn it shows you how auteur filmmaker Ryan Cooglar is a diehard fan as well as an accomplished director.

@hassanfrancis1

At least he honored his bruhs last request 😮

@dirtysouthxpressllc2770

My most memorable moment. Was the complete era of music from the 1800's to the present TIME of tweaking. That was straight 🔥.

@bostonbluecollarstiff8167

Music is immortality

@koulor315

Who tf would want to live forever as a old man? lol offering immortality pretty late there Stack lol

@MFM230

Oh, I dunno. Being able to metaphorically set the roof on fire by singing, "I lied to you," makes your music immortal, even if you yourself die.
