one core memory I have of a lock down drill was in elementary. During lockdown, the staff would do this thing where they pretend to be intruders and pull on the door aggressively yelling "OPEN THE DOOR!". I always thought this was a cool yet frightening way to help us in controlling our fear. Although, one day it was too scary for two or more of my classmates one of them started crying and hid under a desk behind me. Im in HS now so they BETTER do the same to us or else that was just weird af with the fact they are scaring little kids.

I remember not to long ago the school had a lockdown drill. I was in adapt class during that time, even though it was a drill, I still had a bad feeling. We could then hear loud banging in the hallway. A friend of mine snuck to the door and looked outside looking like a badass ninja in the process. He saw police officers and a dog breaking into the kids lockers. This lockdown lasted more than 45 minutes. Turns out they were checking the entire schools lockers to look for drugs. That's why they had a dog with them. I know this story is about a drill and not a real lockdown, but I still felt like sharing it

I go to a school and LAST year a kid pulled a gun. If yall want a story time get my comment to 1,000 likes. (Not begging!!!) Story time: Ok so the day was going out fine until the 7th graders lunch period…. Get my comment to 1.4k likes and I will tell the full story. Also I would tell the story but I have people who are replying to my comment with things like.. “we’re giving him time to make up a story” and it’s not a made up story. At the end of the day a lot of kids were scared and it’s not okay for people to say it’s fake. When my comment gets to 1.4k likes I will also tell the name of my school so yall can see for yourself. It’s pmo how ppl say it’s fake but it’s real. So that’s why I’m asking for likes again.
