Thank you for the exercise with the stick to even out hips. And the standing on the step with the higher hip in the air.
I felt tremendous relief as a took a 30 min walk.

@E_LithaBeth

This is not new but I have always found that taking a deep breath and letting it out as I stretch a little more works well when stretching. Then repeat. It is amazing how much more I can stretch.

@Josie32020

Any advise, treatment, exercise, for inner knee pain? I woke up unable to walk properly. Thank you.😒

@cindymillergirl3537

Thank you. I'm preparing for a right hip replacement, and your videos are helpful. I want to strengthen and stretch before surgery. Are there any particular exercises you recommend prior to surgery? Thank you!

@sjpiran

This really worked for me. Thank you. PS - I wish I had hair like yours. It’s awesome. Ever considered growing it longer and longer? πŸ‘πŸ˜Š

Is the tightness in the hamstrings influence the groin? In fact, the tightness starts in the obliques and ends on the inside of the calf on my left side only.
