City supporter here. I loved watching Stevie play. No game was ever over, until the final whistle with Stevie on the park. He played three/four positions during the 2005 UCL final to win the game.

Gerrard was a monster. One of the last of a dying breed. I’ve always preferred controller-type midfielders over moments players, but when your moments are as frequent and big as his, it’s hard to deny that he’s an all-time great.

He is thw reason why i became Liverpool fan. And all through ups and downs, i never left supporting them. It would be absolutely amazing to watch them playing st Anfield and i hope soon i will be there.

I am AC Milan fan and I would give anything to Istanbul Miracle not happen, I wish Milan won 2005 final and Liverpool won 2007 final as 2005 Milan was one of the best sides of all time, but without miracle of Istanbul Gerrard wouldnt get the credit that he deserve so I couldnt complain as I really love this lad. He would easily get into my XI of all time.

I'm kinda late enjoying Gerrard play, I start watching Football around 2010 and at that time i watch football just to spend some free time and then that Liverpool vs Napoli game happened, that was the first time i think i like football and it's because Steven Gerrard after that i start searching for Liverpool because i want to watch Gerrard play and then i discovered Miracle of Istanbul, I watched the whole game and it made me think "if i want to support football team this is the team for me" the never give up mentality and that Gerrard spirit really made so emotional, I'm a Liverpool supporter since then He's all time great for me and i hope in the future he can manage Liverpool and finally win the Premier League
