I loved how in the beginning you believe she was so empowered as a woman to finally get rid of a man that doesn't love and respect her and that she can say "I don't have to put up with this" like any strong woman would want to. But as the song goes on, you realize she still a woman that was hurt and was fighting for the relationship that wasn't the same anymore. And in the end, she hates that she still wants him cause she indeed loves him in the bitter end.

What people fail to realize is, Ciara did not make this song to make a comeback AT ALL. This song was made because she is simply hurt, if she wanted to make a comeback, she would not have partially produced it herself. For the record, future cheated on her with a his stylist on tour, not tinashe or whoever others are saying.Â

I am glad that she is using real life to make music now. I was kind of loosing interest with her when she started with all of the high fashion, I naturally assumed there was more of a future in modeling for her. Message to Ciara:  I like this song.
