Thanks Danny, I have not actually learned the proper way to use Access Levels, in fact my search was for how to add Access Levels to Joomla 3x. The viewing access did not work for my concept. Great overview! I have been using Joomla for more than a decade and have never made time to play around with the ACL and your video has inspired me to look further. I have plans toi build a membership site and I am wondering if there is a way to set up a payment system using PayPal that could be linked to the membership levels? It would be faster and more cost effective to purchase a membership extension, but this it would be fun to figure out how to do it with the native Joomla framework. Thanks again, Danny!

Brilliantly explained. Having seen more than 20 videos covering this subject, yours is by far is the best. I have a question. Wouldn't be easier in some cases to have users as members of multiple groups instead of meddling with nesting different groups under one another?
