Great step! 👏 Article 7 of China’s National Intelligence Law (2017) is a clear and present danger to any nation’s sovereignty and security. (Look it up!) This law legally requires every Chinese citizen—whether they are immigrants, students, or professionals abroad—to assist Chinese intelligence agencies if asked. That includes anyone on foreign soil, such as students studying at universities or working in labs overseas. Worse yet, it mandates that such cooperation must remain secret. There is no legal way for a Chinese national to refuse an intelligence request from the CCP. In other words, Chinese students and researchers abroad can be compelled—under threat of law—to spy, steal sensitive technologies, or gather intelligence. If there’s a stronger reason for revoking visas, I can’t think of one. No other nation has such an all-encompassing law that weaponizes its citizens, no matter where they are.

Chinese students are REQUIRED BY the CCP (if sponsored by the CCP) to report high-tech info, which they have learned at US colleges, to the CCP. The Confucius Institutes and Chinese Scholarship Council sponsor and pay tuition and in return, as testified to Congress by the FBI in 2018, the students are required to sign loyalty pledges and in certain high-tech fields, participate in intelligence gathering. Many cases of Chinese profs and grad students who did not reveal their CCP ties, are recruited by the CCP to replicate US-based technologies when they return to China and in some cases, they are caught working for the CCP in China while still employed by US universities. A 2020 report by the Australian Strategic Policy Institute found the same as FBI. Some students will comply with the CCP and some not but there is no way to tell. 99% of students are good people but since they come from a regime controlled by the CCP, it is better to wait for visa approvals until the CCP has been voted out.

This is all utterly ridiculous! Every Chinese international traveler tourist, student or any other classification is given a serious prime directive that they are to consult and report to the CCP any information such as Americans of Chinese or Taiwanese descent who may still have relatives in the Asian countries that they have immigrated from, are active in supporting Taiwanese sovereignty, have anti-CCP sentiments, report on fellow Chinese students and accept inquiries to investigate for the Chinese intelligence authorities and report back. This mandate is for all citizens not only their trained dedicated field agents. The U.S. government knows this. Vetting? Why? Ban all Chinese travel until the CCP stops threatening world peace, setting up overseas Chinese illegal police offices. This would put great pressure on the CCP regime because all Chinese citizens knows that this mandate to spy and infiltrate is true.

They need to investigate Chinese worker in Felids like the DMV,EBT ,banks loans , and also Chinese politicians in our government, and also Chinese in out American military. And also the visa offices . If you’re going to do it do it right . And go through the records who has been arrested go through those also .

It doesn’t make sense cause if they have always vetted, and they vetted those Chinese students, then why are they revoking them? Cause they didn’t vet well enough in the first place? No this whole thing doesn’t make sense at all. And lack transparency.
