Great work. You can actually ditch the front raises since the overhead press covers the front delts
What about triceps?
Take the front raises out and put a chest press in because you're totally missing your chest in your workout.

Why are you doing every workout with the same way? That doesn't make sense. Your back row shouldn't be the same way as your bicep curl
