I've been searching the right formula, but this shit countif appear in all videos I found. This isn't what I want. Inputs in my sheets contain dynamic dates and months. Data changes all the time. I adont want to always "MANUALLY" change or revised data. Besides all rows will always have different dates and months as time moves forward.

Not reliable. Sometimes it left duplicate values, sometimes it highlight values which are not duplicate at all
