Hey loves! I forgot to mention in the video—make sure to clean your hairbrush once a week or every two weeks to keep it fresh and free from buildup!

@katxiiakat4693

Coconut oil is good for hair but it can block pores so avoid it if you have acne. Olive oil is a little better. Sesame, sunflower or almond oils are non pore blocking. Castor pil is also non blocking but it can cause an allergic reaction.

@rajugoud7206

Brooo i am an Indian and i have soo thick and long hair . I will give you some tips which I follow
1) always use coconut oil before sleep this is what all indians use for hair
2) before bath apply coconut oil thickly
3) never use any type of anti dandruff shampoo cuz it may cause hairfall instead use this mixture
      • add some aloevera fresh paste
      • some curd
      • coconut oil
      • Fenugreek powder
Mix all these finely and apply it to your hair and scalp. wait for 15 min and wash your hair and scalp. After drying your hair brush your hair nicely
4) and dont alway use hair dryer it makes your hair rough . Just dry your hair naturally
5) and as she said rice mask is also the best
I follow all these tips and i have thick hair which doesn't even fit in my both hands❤❤❤❤ i hope this helped to you guys

@MissTall

Hey just wanted to give a heads up to those who have low porosity hair. Do not, and I mean it, do not use rice water on ur hair frequently because if the hair type, otherwise u will get a protein overload, damages the hair causing it to be brittle, frizzy and dry. I would suggest using it once in every two months. If u don’t know ur hair type, perform the hair porosity test. Note: this is for informative purposes only, no hate ❤️.

@IsabelWinchester

Thank you very much! The second mask worked wonders on my (straight) hair, very recommended! Might not work for everyone, but certainly give it a try to check, it worked great for me.

Rice water
:1 or two cup of uncooked rice
Clean it properly 2-3 times
And soak in water for 30 min
( Use warm water for better absorption)
After soak give a swirl with your hands to get the good stuff out strain rice water into bowl or container
Rinse hair from root and working your way down massage gently into your skin , massage gently in scalp and let it sit for 5/10 minutes
Then rinse out with lukewarm water

Can store ricewater in fridge only up to a week .

Rice mask :

@Aqsashar476

this is honest advice girlies!! I used Rosemary oil as I saw its benefits on internet but guess what when i was applying it it caused irritation and i ignored it then after I had a major hair fall and I was clueless after sometime I searched and got to know that Rosemary dont have only benefits it can cause hair fall in some cases . so be sure if your scalp is sensitive don't believe what you see on internet always do research .

@SunnyKumar-oq8ic

if you're scrolling and feel off, read this. i was burnt out, low energy, not myself. found Testosterone Rewired by David Brooks, had zero expectations but man. chapter by chapter it rebuilt me. no hype bs, not fake motivation just stuff that grounds you and resets your system. this book really saved me. wish I found it sooner.🔥
