Unfortunately, my small business purchased licenses, and it has been a complete disaster. The integrator only works when they have time, and the Salesforce account manager does not provide the necessary support. Soon, it will be two years of paying for licenses without being able to use them. Fortunately, the salesperson had explained that it was a small project—two years of licenses for nothing. For a large project, it must be really bad. A no-go for small teams...

Well, as a broad look at some of these applications this isn't bad. CRM Analytics thought (fka Tableau CRM) is much more than what was described. It is the source of Einstein Stories (prediction modeling) and is Salesforce's main data science focused tool.
