Panthers play like Ekblad has been sharing his "Performance Enhancing Drugs" with the team. Lightning game, Hagel lost due to concussion by extremely dirty hit by Ekblad, Toronto lost their starting goalie for most of the series, Carolina lost Blake but just for the remainder of game 3. Florida is the dirtiest team I've seen since the 1980's. Bar none. What amazes me is that they continue to basically get away with it. Ekblad got suspended for two games, AFTER he scored the tying game in which he should have got kicked out of earlier but NO problem for Bennett when he took out the Leafs goalie for the frickin' series! You can argue but you can't dispute the facts.

Man those two really dirty hits from Bichsel in Game 3 on Frederic and Petrovic in the same game on Brown, which even ended up in and injury and now not returning for game 4 for Brown. It's absolutely wild neither got suspended for either one of those. Hintz also took the biggest dive in history. He got his shin guard slapped ffs. LeBron would be proud.

You can be all pissy about Hintz taking a slash to the foot, but you better call the crosscheck to the back he did right before it... Which you didn't really show or discuss. I can't fault Nurse for taking a wack at Hintz in that case, it just happened to be in the wrong spot (top of the skate instead of to the shin pad). I'm not a fan of either team in general, but I do hate the stars (stolen team, f' Norm Green) and am default rooting for the Oilers right now.

You left out the part in Game 3 of Edmonton-Dallas where Rantanen hit himself in the face with his own stick and Kapanen got hit with a 2-minute high stick penalty. Easily one of the stupidest calls of this playoffs.
