I’m 17 yo and i did this workout with my 63 yo grandma! She told me she wanna do some activity to feel better and this was it and we had SO much fun! Thanks

@janwright6617

Thank you. I'm 72, arthritis and asthma. Just managed 20 of the 30 mins, so I'm feeling quite proud of myself. If I keep doing it, maybe I'll get to spend extra years with my grandchildren! X

@carolynglaude1492

Please please please make more workouts like this! It’s so accessible and very buildable as well. For anyone who thinks it’s too easy, grab some light hand weights and ankle weights. You’ll be sweating like it’s your full time job 😅

@kashkhronicles24

This is great for those days when you don’t feel like it but know you need to move. Thanks Tanner and PS!!

@IM-hu3co

This is very everybody friendly and continue able especially for beginners!! I am chubby and lazy, but I can do this finally!!💪

@noraheidenreich6752

I've been feeling extremely drained for the last week or two and have barely exercised. I swore I would today but it got to be 4 pm and I was so tired and was going to skip it. I forced myself to do this and was actually enjoying myself a few minutes in. I feel better and I'm really glad I moved my body. I could see myself adding light wrist/ankle weights on a day when I'm feeling stronger and more energetic.

@chronicallydone

Really appreciate the instructors’ body diversity!

@bostondayo

As a woman in my 50s with a hamstring injury, this workout was perfect for me. It wasn’t too intense, but I was able to enjoy exercising for 30 minutes, work up a good sweat, and have fun. It was much more enjoyable than doing a bike workout alone. Thank you❤
I want to continue doing this every day to reduce body fat!

@edwinafransman8570

As an injured walker who can not go on the road, this is exactly what I needed. And I loved it, thanks!

@GloriaNail-gl7wy

At the age of 68, I'm still able to keep pace with younger individuals. I am incredibly grateful for your support in maintaining my strength.

@Purplelacy

Wow, unusual type of training for me, it was easy and cool, I had a lot of pleasure :face-blue-heart-eyes: I still want to go somewhere and go and go :face-blue-smiling: Great workout for recovery after strength training, when muscles are sore :goodvibes: Thank you, Tanner, Paris and Tyler! :face-red-heart-shape:
4166 steps, 156 active calories, 122/150 average/max heart rate.

@mayaparmar486

Wow, didn't have it in me mentally or physically to leave the house or get out of my PJs but wanted to get something in (including steps). This was perfect

@jpd9415

This is great for people who are depressed, like me. Thank you

@sayu3555

I'm 49kg, did it with mid-level energy, burned 163 calories. May not be as much calories as doing a growwithjo video but i also enjoyed it much more and didn't want to collapse from defeat. Will def come back to this workout!

@patriciarichardson4741

Thank you for this workout. I am 70 I have lupus and severe osteoporosis. I built up a sweat and did this with ease

@supriyaguram3626

I’m doing workouts since many years but no much sweat 😥 through the years. When I started today your walk workout it’s been great and I felt the sweat 😰 really worth trying out. Thanks ☺️ keep uploading more simple workouts videos ❤

@nkemitanyi8895

Amazing workout! Over 300 calories burnt in 24 minutes.
Thank you!

@Rob_430

Thank you Tanner. I know you from previous walks, especially when I started, you were in the back on another video, so tall…..lol. These are the basics, as a Senior, I like.

@maggsm3392

From the Walk at Home Videos? that was a great walk. I already did another workout this morning and a 10 minute arms and shoulder but needed to get steps up. I've been doing more strength workouts lately but I seriously don't think they're as effective to being lean as walking! I'm lucky as I'm already slim but at 72 I want to keep it that way and not start putting on the kilos. This is the only way to go. Get those steps in! Thank you so much. Loved it.

@ol0uri_5ipusou3s

Thank you, thank you, thank you, your words of encouragement helped me 100% to not give up, I also loved the ending that helps to lower heart rate
