Later he fought back with superboy prime And TDK in this moment was powerful than ever because he killed prepetua and absorbed her crisis energy TDK even said that he can't kill superboy prime At last prime unleashed his full power and attacked TDK with a retcon punch and that punch not only knocked TDK(But he survived) but also destroyed the evil world that TDK created and broke reality. And then he was sent to his own universe

The fact that they just used him for a tie in, instead of actually making fucking SUPERBOY-PRIME into an actual major player is one of the biggest gripes I had with this event. Here’s a character that hasn’t had a proper conclusion in decades, with the power to actually go against the main villain, and fix that he broke, finally being what he wanted to be.
