Hi Chad, nice video! Thanks for the analysis and the information you provide to the communityπŸ‘Œ

@jorge1869

Thanks, I need this video in 2022. Regards

@adi96adi

Last point on different formulae is a very good call out. I've been noticing some discrepancies and I think that must be it!

@faridparvez

Great video, very clear.
    Please make a video on roadmap to learning python from scratch, specifically for stock analysis, chart analysis, getting trade signals using charts and statistical analysis of stocks. I mean create a roadmap on the course tailored cut for only stock analysis .

Nice video, for 2023 are talib and pandas-ta still the best?

@timvildanov

Thanks a lot for your work!

Working on installing TA-lib on Pycharm, using my macbook(2017, intel I7)
Installed TA-lib on brew, was required I believe.
Then installed TA-lib on pycharm in the venv using pip.

It seems no errors popped up during the install, sadly after import, SMA or talib.SMA is not found, and tells me to define it.
Tried defining my Datareader DF even uninstalling TA-lib and installing it --no-cache-dir.

Pandas as pd
Pandas-Datareader as pdr
Were already installed and imported pre getting to TA-lib.

Still no luck.

@avinasbr

Hi Chad,
Request you to make a video on a paper trading bot to test our strategy in live market and store them in database.
Thanks

@franky12

I am curious when there will be the first TA library or port based on Polars, that could speed up backtesting significantly!?

@STATxSomething

Thanks you ❀

@VianelDeco

Hi Chad. Thx for all the great content. Can you perhaps show us how to do a live RSI indicator with Pandas Ta and websocket in Python

@josephobeng-sika9878

Hi Chad, thanks for the share. I just installed ta-lib but I realized it doesn't have pivot points (I may be wrong). Tried reading through other packages but could only find it in finta. What's your take on finta lib?

@walduss7939

Thanks for your video. It is the video I would like to have some month ago when I was dealing with some indicators.
Currently I am using pandas-ta.
If I am not wrong I don’t have ta-lib installed (I have in the previous laptop).
So, your suggestion for me is to continue using pandas-ta (usability) but install also ta-lib to improve the performance?
If so, do I need to take something into account to avoid any impact after install ta-lib?

@amywarke3481

nice vid but even nicer wall art

@minhdzung

So which library do you choose? Guys!

@rezasadeghi2520

cheers mate!

@sockjam877

This is a great resource and thank you for sharing... but please oh please stop calling it "Numpee" 😫 It's NumPy with Py as is Python! not Peethon πŸ˜…

@Arthsinghnita

Hey is ur family chain from india . Because we have surnames here as THACKRAY

@GohOnLeeds

fyi, it's pronounced "num-pie" (coined from py-thon language. There is no pee-thon language). cheers
