It is a nothing burger. And why would it be bad news? I see it as a blessing because Bitcoin should be the only one in the reserve. Cardano will be just fine as will XRP. Cardano will still melt faces this cycle.

We've gotten even worse news in times past, though this might have some short term bearish effects. The long term potential on XRP, alongside the likes of Sui, ADA, and EOS stay secure, in my opinion

The only thing that a strategic reserve would do is create a modest retail demand. It is utility that will cause these tokens to be valuable, not retail. I’m not worried…

Nothing to worry about at all, the strategic reserve is nowhere near the be all and end all. XRP has bigger fish to fry, some coins might need it more than others.

Difference is bitcoin has no utility. Xrp and Xlm among others will be used in the new financial system because they have a use case not just a store of value like bitcoin
