I've been doing keto for only 2 months already. Got blood work done last week and got the results today. Total cholesterol is 302. LDL is 160. HDL is 50. Triglycerides are 103. Triglycerides/HDL ratio is 2. Feel absolutely wonderful
You are a paid puppet for pharmaceutical companies 😂😂😂😂
Oh really triglycerides can be caused by a multitude of things why don’t you name a few besides sugar and simple carbo hydrates
This guy has just said nothing.
I stopped statins and all pills and feel fantastic … Thanks 🙏🏿
The cause is inflammation.
So does board certified make you an expert!???🤣🤣
I’m 46, male, 5’10”, 203 lbs, on the carnivore diet. Cholesterol: 325, high LDL, HDL in the high 60s, triglycerides ~50, low fasting insulin, and all other markers are great. My doctor recommends a calcium score scan—worth considering?
“Double Board certified”, 👍
Don’t know of any cardiologist who test for apo b ,they just test lipids for total cholesterol , tri ,hdl And ldl.
Are you sir of this?
I wouldn't dismiss LDL. Mine is very high, at 211 and I do have heart disease. I was prescribed statins three years ago. Have been resisting them and making diet and lifestyle changes, instead. Still not out of the red but feeling much better than before. I have two brothers who have been taking high dose statins for more than a decade now. They have not reported any side effects. Go figure.
Pills pills pills… that’s not how you get healthy mate. Take the filters off and let us see what the statins are doing to your face.
Double board bad hair 😂
Apo B is literally attached to every ldl molecule. So, all you and peter attia have done is find a fancy way to say you have high ldl cholesterol but are saying Apo B instead.
Pusha man
Robert Lustig, go watch him!
Zzzzzzz. LDL……prescribe more statins. Buh bye
