Really interesting video, thank you so much. I've always been scared of dev-opsy type things. I use backend as a service because I don't know how to use VPSes, but I bet if I tried the tools you recommended, I'd learn a lot!

It would be awesome to see a local first tutorial using postgres, perhaps with supabase, there are not many online tutorials with web apps, most of them are with react native / mobile app languages.
