This ain’t no crawlspace, that’s a crawl-home right there. A thing of wonder
As an HVAC technician, I ran into this twice in my life and it was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.
I paid professionals to do this at my last home. When we were selling the home, the buyers home inspector thanked me for it and said it was the nicest crawlspace he has been in, in his 20 years as an inspector in Michigan.
Former cable guy. After seeing years worth of crawl spaces, I’ve never seen this. This is clearly someone who spent top dollar to ensure this was done properly
I've never in my entire life seen a crawlspace that didn't look like a hazard to my health and peace of mind, until now. It's a thing of beauty.
Look at that subtle off-white covering. The tasteful thickness of it. Oh my God.. It even has a dehumidifier...
That is absolutely FLAWLESS. If only EVERY job could done with that amount of expertise and craftsmanship
They built the home like if it was gonna be theirs. That’s how all houses should be built like.
50 year builder here. This is exquisite. Never seen better.
I’m a HVAC technician and I’ve almost been brought to tears by this crawl space.
I'm not a engineer, plumber, electrician or crawl space guy but as someone with 40 years of experience in OCD I approve 😊
As a plumber, I wish all "crawl spaces" were like that.
As a pest tech, I have been in countless crawlspaces. Any time I come across a crawlspace as well done as this, it genuinely makes my day.
as a guy who lives in a crawlspace, i appreciate people like this.
So damn pretty. You can always tell when someone takes pride in their work. It's not even the technical stuff, or the seal, or de-humidifier. Look at how damn CRISPY everything looks. It's a thing of beauty.
I have tears forming, just the lighting alone. Not one mummified cat or rat. No heaps of mouse nest or snake skin. You'll always have a job. Nice work!
I've been in one like this. Dehumidifier and all. The homeowner was a tiny old man, and he was beaming when I said I'd have to go down there to work on plumbing. He couldn't wait for me to see his incredible crawl space. He was a man who took pride in doing things right.
I got a little choked up. Ive been in dozens of crawlspaces and usually get bitten by something. I did know something so beautiful could exist
Previous Insulator here. I’m more accustomed to the rusty nails, cobwebs, spiders, mice, and dirt and fungus personally
