Another fantastic property CJ. I can already think of many renovation ideas. Could we also continue to get outside tours of the property in your next video? I really enjoy your slow methodical approach to house viewing showing every single thing. One further idea I had was to do a "before and after" video where the current owners decide to renovate before selling. Would be very interesting! All the best. - Joe

The front door looks cool. I am no pro but all that carpet is a turn off for me.Also wouldn’t that be a big expense to take up and do a nice floor….some kind of wood perhaps . The staging is tastefully done. I hope those plants really looked real. Because no one likes plastic plants, but nowadays usually they look pretty real. That house on a whole was definitely dated. But cool. It would be great with new paint and floors. 👍

This doesn’t seem like an older home to me! I live in a 19th century home built in 1889.

Those are not "Stain Glass" panels, simply leaded glass....

What going on with the floor? Beings your on u-tube how do you prevent others from taking the expensive items on the walls, lighting, and other items?😊
