Learning to love the journey is such great advice, and can be applied to so many different aspects of life 👏
"There is no question so good luck" 😂 I love the advice here and it's something I often get to remind myself about. "I wake up every morning creating content for an audience I care about. I'm grateful."
That's why I've genuinely never felt burnt out. I love doing what I do, or I find a way to enjoy it, I respect my boundaries for rest and enjoyment too.
"Get to learn to love the process, not the result". I think that's the key piece of wisdom in this clip! Thanks Chris and team! ❤ Do you have any content on money mindset change for those who have been raised in scarcity? I feel the pressure of making money out of my content is making me feel the burnout. 😢
So true, feeling grateful for being able to create content is a better mindset. Enjoyment in what we do is so important.
Thanks for sharing this Chris. Reframing thoughts really is powerful.
Amazing advice ❤
Hey, I recently discovered your content and just want to say how this is really great value you provide in all of your videos. Your philosophy speaks to me and I learn a lot from you. Therefore, Thank You. 🙏🏼😌
Thank you sir! Needed this so much
I get what you’re saying Chris, but what if you love creating content, are grateful you’re able to, and are STILL burned out by the volume of what’s needed to stay relevant on social media?
Lol most things i do daily feel like a 'i have to' situation if you can get me past that point that would interesting
Try to find what actually gives you the feeling of burnt out and fix it
This is good advice, but also maybe, try and find a way to involve other people. If you have employees then get them doing the parts you don’t want to do.. or try and get your family involved.. yes, if you have had it with content, then you need an attitude shift towards it, but if it’s just taking up too much of your time, then get help..
I've seen a clip where Andrew tate says the same thing
