This isn't stepping backwards. It's stepping away. I like that.
The Amish got it right the first time and kept it that way ❤
I live in Amish country. My Mom's sude is PA Dutch, not Amish but very much like them with the focus on family and the kitchen. I don't want to live without electricity, but one thing I envy about the Amish is they all take care of each other...true community.
My 114 yr old house has a summer kitchen and I LOVVVVVVE IT can cook anything and not heat the house up past generations were amazing and geniuses!!!
Actually slowly we will going back to this . I like it.
That's beautiful! I'd love to have a kitchen like that. I have so much respect for the Amish.
I LOVE the script for this video! Very well written with hard hitting points.
There is something so pleasing about a well-stocked pantry filled with home canned vegetables and fruits, pickles, jams, and sauces. My grandmother, mother, and now I have all canned, and it really does make one feel good when you see all of beautiful jars lined up, and know that you've provided well for your family!
You don’t miss what you don’t know and older I get this life is looking more peaceful!
These people can survive anything❤
This is the way my grandmother and grandfather were... it was awesome!! Grandma could cook anything!!
Beautiful stove, gorgeous kitchens.
I truly LOVE this everyday life style ❤n amazing people ❤ we must ALL support the amish ❤ 🙏 🤲
😂❤😂 Well said! I remember on the hottest days of summer taking a nap on a damp sheet. It was so cool and refreshing!
Beautifully simple, clean and pure bliss
Thank you. I love how clean and organized both kitchens are. Inspiring.
Honestly, running water is such a must for hygiene. I could do without the gadgets and even the electricity but the running hot/cold water just helps make keeping a clean kitchen so much easier.
I would love this kind of life. Simple and with meaning ❤
Thank you for sharing it. I understand how private you people are. And it's much appreciated
