Aaaah just a pleasure to watch this - been struggling all day with templates - the Shopify chat didn't offer any solutions, nor did the follow-up email. I was working on the Dawn theme too but have also purchased the Modular theme. This was so helpful and clearly explained little details which are often overlooked and derail one's efforts. I'll definitely join your group as hoping to launch my Shopify store soon!

8:50 - This fixed my issue! The problem stemmed from a 'Video Section' that was intended for a specific product but was displaying on all other product pages. The root cause was that I had assigned the same template across all of my other products. Therefore, removing the video from one product page affected all others due to the shared template. To fix this, I created a new template specifically excluding the video section. Then, I assigned this template to the product where I didn't want the video to appear. Thanks a lot for your help! It was quite confusing to figure out initially.
