i don't know why the overcomplicated stuff sells and feels so good to us. maybe because it feels like a cheat code in a video game. just have a balanced diet, a good sleep, and get consistent exercise and you'll be way above average. it's boring and mundane but that's life.

Drink coffee 2 hours after you wake up first meal at low carb and then ideally have a carb heavy meal as your last meal don’t eat 3 hours before bed that’s it

No morning routine or diet will help mental clarity if the quality or amount of sleep were poor. Likewise, very few things will ruin it if the sleep was very good.

IF is a game changer. I use black coffee and 0 calorie gum as an appetite suppressant if I think I'm gonna lose it and go eat 2 dozen donuts and a box of cereal. 

Hardest part is consistency. You fucking got this, men.

I love IF, i am naturally not hungry until later in the evening and IF allows me to have calorie dense tasty meals while being in control of ny cutting cycles.

People talk about how different meals can have different effects everyday and im always wondering how they can notice that so easily. Cause it doesn't matter to me if I sleep 4 or 7 hours, if I've eaten or haven't eaten. I feel like there have to be very drastic differences in my day to change my efficiency. Few hours more to sleep don't chance anything for me.

its wonderful and fulfilling if implemented correctly, the human body is not made for eating every 5 to 6 hours
