Your Video Is Very Useful Sharing Josh Shaffer provides an introduction to programming in Objective-C and moves on to cover foundation frameworks.

The $99 is for access to the enormous market that is the App Store. You don't pay it for your device. You pay it for the market.

@grunder20

are they partners with Apple?

@MrC0MPUT3R

Wait... so even if I want to install my app on my device that I bought, I have to pay a ridiculous fee? I'm going back to Android.

@MrC0MPUT3R

How do I test on my device without paying the $99? I really don't want to be releasing anything until I'm confident in my abilities. With android all I have to do is transfer the app via USB cable.

@manudelmarche

36:52 "How is that different than 'null'?". Well... The Objective-C grammar requires the token "nil" rather than "null". Simple! I do not think this is for programmer happiness or anything like that

@directxh

Too Wordy.
