This channel genuinely provides value without pitching a course with manipulative tactics. Hope you keep this up mate! Don't sell your soul like those gurus out there (Iman)
Service businesses are class, minimal costs and time is your friend. Once you establish a reputation and are known as a specialist you have people come to you. Is time consuming at the begging but worth it once it’s up and running you’re laughing. Great vid.
The consultant video might of “bombed” in your eyes, but it was still incredibly insightful and very useful to a lot of people (22K). I think you might of just got unlucky with the algorithm that day. I would have maybe titled the video something similar to your previous videos but who knows if that was one of the reasons. Excited for whatever the next video is!
please do a video on economists in corporate or government roles
the scummy tiktok sellers become brand scalers tho, from what I've seen. They can go course route of course but selling on tiktok teaches you to outsources. Also I'm hella impressed by the extend of your knowledge in that actually
Building a business, this channel is gold.
insane value. You got a sub from me. Just wanted to add — one super underrated type of business is manufacturing. I know it sounds expensive, but even at a small scale, it can be incredibly solid. I’m talking about things like macarons from a home kitchen in France to an international export or handcrafted knives from a local forge. It doesn’t always have to be big factories. There’s a niche for small-batch, high-margin, well-branded products that people are willing to pay for. Curious if you could dive into this more — maybe with better examples across different industries?
Awesome video and can’t emphasise the part about flipping enough. I personally was working as an engineer when I started flipping iPhones and all Apple products. Started making ~$200 per item. Learnt how to negotiate, sell and get over losing deals. Best month was $9k in profit before I realised it wasn’t very scalable. Fast forward 2 years and I now own 3 takeaway pizza shops that do ~$50k/week in sales, all without me working any shifts in the shop. Yes it’s not the highest leverage business model, but it’s taught and forced me to learn a metric ton about business
I would love a video from you on the differences between bonds, stocks, warrants etc.
One thing to add for anyone who may feel like they are VERY drawn to an idea but do not have the "personality/type fit" (ie. You are not technical but genuinely believe you could create a valuable software), do not let this dissuade you. We live in a world where virtually anything can be learned with consistent effort. Do not trick yourself into thinking "I'm not good at math so I'll do something hands on". That's a lie and an excuse. Have some faith in yourselves bros. Edit: On top of this, cofounders are a thing for a reason. Even YC heavily recommends that you find someone who complements your abilities and fills gaps.
Mate you're memes are creativly - funny x Keep posting asap cheers
Business owner here. Business is beyond amazing but it can be beyond brutal and awful at times. That being said it tends to be awesome long term.
8:42 😂😂😂😂 brother you're so unhinged
Imo most imortant rule. Dont be a business looking for a product. Be a product looking for a business. Being an entrepreneur is a means to getting your idea on the market. Not the end goal in of itself.
Omg dude! This channel is pure gold. I mean, I've only seen a single video but wow, this "cool shit vs bull shit" thing is really mind opening. Very practical video. Gonna see more, give you and the algorithm my juicy, undivided attention and yeah, I like this more than hormozi's 1 hour long videos
i love your humor :> this deserves a million views
This video is way more grounded and strategic than the title implies. The content deserves better positioning... you're attracting cynics but speaking to serious builders. Would love to see that alignment evolve over time.
This channel is possibly the best I’ve seen Super simple and straight to the point We’ll done bro 🤝
Never seen a business model breakdown video done so well. Good job, keep it up
