Understanding part of cloud formation is good. However, it won't work practically, I mean to say that we need to learn to program these json template files. While creating this file what is required to be taken care of if it's not a simple LAMP thing. Coz that is only the reason why we want to learn cloud formation. Not Theory man.... practical programming. this may be good from an interview point of view.
