3:29 muze bhi evening me hoti hai overthinking, anxiety not because of tea i don't drink tea β˜• but maybe because of health issues

Summary of the video ki.....

1. Sabse pehle mujhe ye find out karna hai ki meri jo overthinking ki problem hai vo start kaha se hoo Rahi hai jaise is wale jab vo ladki mitting me jati hai or 15 min se uper conversation hoti hai tab usko overthinking hoti hai. So source pata karna hai ki overthink start kaaha se ho rahi hai 

2. Toh jb bhi mere dimag me negative thoughts and negative overthinking hoti hai toh mere ko uss negativity se question karna hai ki mere pass ye ye facts hai proofs hai ki aisa aisa hoga aisa nahi hoga or aisa karke apne dimag ko shant karna hai. Questioning karna hai khud se ki kya such me aisa hoga kya such me vo log mere se hate karenge that's it.

3. CBC ( Clear Brain Clutter ) fridge me saman bharne ki story ki agar aap fridge me khana sird bharte hi jaoge to ek time baad vo full ho jayega or usme space nahi bachegi kuch or rakhne ki. Agar mai apne dimag me sara sara din kuch na kuch information dalta rahunga dalta hi rahunga to ek time baad mera dimag kuch bhi new information lene se mana kar dega and vo focus ke saath kaam nahi kar payega. Low data or information consume karo overthinking ki problem kafi had tak kam hogi. 

4. Overthinking karne ke lie ek specific time decide kar lo ki is time se is time mai overthinking karunga. Dimag me kuch interesting ata hai to usko likh kar rakh loo or baad me uske bare me overthinking karo at the time nahi! 

5. Two minutes turbo technique. Aman naam kaa ladka tha usko jab bhi lagta ke overthinking uske pass aa rahi vo tab heavy exercise jumping ye sab karne lagta 2 minute ke liye jisse uska dhyan distracted ho jata tha or wapas se apne kaam par focus kar paata tha 

7. Good Enough Technique. Don't chase the perfection because iske karne kafi overthinking paida hoti hai ki mere pass ye nahi hai vo nahi hai mera aisa condition hai ye voo so don't chase perfection. Chease the process. Perfection time ke saath saath experience lene se aati hai shuru se nahi aati ohk daddu

I am living in the hostel and I am worry about many little things like washing the clothes and other related things and today I am happy because I had found the solution for this
