Your model doesn't work like you think it will. You can't get rid of all admin. There is no pcp that will see patients without nursing staff. You'll need someome to call patients to pay their bill or do tge paper work for collections. You'll need nursing staff to do all the small clinical stuff like blood draws, give injections, maintain vaccine records ect. With nursinff on you need Hr and office managers to manage nursing staff and do payroll etc. You'll also need a business manager to manage the facility and cost of supplies. No doctor is will be willing to creat records and spread sheets to keep recorts of supplied being bought and used
