The set example can have side effects too if it has another “set” for the same key in between, making the changes appear out of time: * Set id 1 value to 123 * Failed * Set id 1 value to 321 * Suceed * Schedule pick from outbox send 123 message * Other entities set the value to 123 even though 321 was later Either way, awesome video!!
