Hot take: Tokyo Ghoul got some bomb art especially the two page spreads.
Berserk, vegabond, one punch man, goodnight punpun
Jojo is another good pick. It's really unique and has really good character designs.
Ngl late Usogui has one of the best art styles I've ever seen. Definitely top tier art imo.
Chainsaw man, jojo and Tokyo ghoul. The darkness devil with the astronauts is such an iconic panal
Usogui's art is so goated, especially after tower of karma
Meanwhile Goodnight Punpun:
Jojos art was so good it got an exhibition at the Louvre
Mha has some stellar art ngl. Not sure id put it top 3 but its damn good.
Csm and dandadan manga art are super underrated
"Blame!" Was pretty cool. Some fight scenes I struggle to know what's going on, which is why I REALLY wish there was a good full adaptation. But most of the time, it looks dope
Kaoru Mori's art is one of the finest I've seen in manga. The attention to detail and historically inspired outfits is just so peak especially in Otoyomegatari
The crazy thing about art is that it’s subjective🤷♂️
Tokyo Ghoul went hardcore on their poses and cover pages
Usogui has the best art. Unlike others, it was weekly and it has the best character art.
In their defense, they're shonen (weekly schedule), while berserk, vagabond and OPM, have different schedules, hell, the guy that makes the art for OPM literally only releases a new chapter once its done.
Bro climber looks like a black and white photo 😭
Whos ever heard of the climber because i havent
Mha is honestly up there when it comes to best art work like top 5 for sure
