Thank you for featuring Proopsy in one of your videos. I took your advice and contacted him for modular homes, and the house have been incredible. Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. I only stumbled upon this channel an hour ago for the first time. I am just 4 minutes into this video which is my 2nd from this channel. The first one was the very cool vertical, prefab home in Germany. Even with this limited viewing time, I am ready to make an educated guess and say that Kerry is Canadian. I can't pinpoint exactly why I think this but I'm going to keep watching more of his videos for further clues. Plus, the prefab homes are very interesting and Kerry's passion for them comes through to the viewer.

236k for a 700 square foot prefab, assuming the hookups to plumbing, electric and septic are probably going to cost at least 50k more - and also the cost of the land it would be on - why not just by a whole house?

I always love hearing about anything from my hometown of Abbotsford BC... I happened to have delivered some light fixtures to Hewing Haus before my old company shut down. I asked if he was building tiny homes because I watch that kind of stuff on youtube, then he promptly gave me a full tour of the shop. That's the only time I met the guy, but he definitely seemed like he was excited about what he was doing and happy to show it off.
