As a 27 year just starting my own property management company and also as someone who has spent almost 10 years living with various flatmates I can tell you....the most important thing is to pick the right tenant....And I got a good idea for it after years 😅Some people put on a nice fasade to convince you and then two months later they will trash the place while high and drunk out of their mind

Also when you put in a property management Co...you have now put on site manager in the middle and Owner of property is no longer hearing ALL the truths and is seeing the owner differently and the Management Co ethics
