@techmentormaria

I’m revealing the number super early (first 30s) in the video instead of at the very end like other creators. I want this to be useful and not clickbait for you. I’m first going through some motivations, then strategies and in the end the actual planning. Have you thought about early retirement too? What’s your FIRE number?

@liy1561

You killed it with this video Maria! The editing, personality, and the knowledge you’re sharing with us is genuinely invaluable. Especially as someone early on in their career, I’ve already learned so much from your other videos. I know for a fact this channel’s gonna blow up soon and I’m glad to be one of the first ones who came across it!

@lucianbaciu

Not a bad plan! You remind me of me and my plans. I am 40 now, my plans were successful and I can easily retire. But i really like coding and the excitement of starting new projects so for these reasons, I can't stop.

@jcfontech

Love to see how each new video gets better than the previous one! Thanks for sharing all these insights and details, Maria. Keep it up.

@vadud3

I think millions of people should follow you! Good advises. I think I watched all the episodes and very informative and simple to follow.

@jonb8633

important tips!!, I will add to pay off high interest debt, try to pay mortage early

@surajcaptain2173

Namaste 🙏 from india. I am eagerly waiting. It's like a eye opener for those who want to retire early in his/her corporate career. It's great.

@gaelferrari5856

Nice video, love the way you think. Looking forward for more content. 😎

@TheTechExplorer

Thanks for sharing, great tips/advice! I don't know what my FIRE number is, but what I do know is I'd like to create at least one side income source as one of my goals for 2023. I like how you said investing should be boring, crypto/NFT is just a casino and personally I see all of "web3" as a scam.

@hyabussa

Thank you for the thoughtful video! Keep up the good work!

@FahadMehar

I am going to turn 40 this March 😊

@sanchi3944

Nice video and something that's been on my mind. Definetly seems possible for high income earners

@jathebest2835

As expected, the rent price in NYC looks insane haha.. I think you'll have a hard time choosing between Europe and the US for your post-retirement life as you gain more and more resources of information. Inflation is a great factor to be considered as well. Anyway, it was inspiring for me to watch a financial plan in a different country. Your plan might be solid because I've seen some people losing their money over the fallout of the crypto market, especially last year. The madness of the Covid drama seems to become over, and hope the global market and the social situation go back to being more stable soon.

@remigoldbach9608

500k in Germany is really not easy to get in Germany like you said.
I’m impressed by the difference of salary between Germany and the US.
Great video as always 😊

@dipenpatel5204

i have a genuine question about your plan, do you consider the ethics of buying up 10 rental properties in the midwest so that it can fund your FIRE life style?

@lakshya.bairagi73

Great video 👍
Continue such kind of video

@capsim1233

$3M is a huge amount, way out of my league. You have to be a very high earner like Tech to accomplish. Even if you start with $100,000 and invested for 10 years at an 8% return, you would have to add $15,500 per month to reach the goal.

@bojanadrangova7189

Interesting video. Do you think you can elaborate a bit more on the comment around living in Germany and the possibility of saving for early retirement in Europe? Salaries between EU and USA are considerably different in tech (even in the big famous companies).

@byJurre

Awesome video. Super insightful!

@TheAkbar23

Wow, I did not know, that the tech companies pay that salaries. How much do you have to pay for health insurance? And how did you have the idea to emigrate to the US?
